What will I do if I forget my password or i would like to request the new password?

How can I change the password?

Why can't I login to webmail or e-learning?

  • Your user ID or password is incorrect.
    Solution:  Check your password again or reset your password.
  • Your disk quota exceed its limit.
    Solution:  Fill the request form and specify the subject of problem as disk quota expire.
                    Send it to servicedesk@sit.kmutt.ac.th

Why can't I connect to the Wi-Fi service?

  • You get the authentication problem.
    Solution:  Check your password again or reset your password.
  • You can not connect Wi-Fi.
    Solution:  Read the manual again at http://noc.kmutt.ac.th/?page_id=254 and try again.

When and where I contact the control room(CB2310)?

  • Control room(CB2310) service hours:
              Monday - Friday  (9.00 a.m. - 8.30 p.m.)
              Saturday - Sunday   (9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.)
